  Cannot talk more highly of Pete’s major appliance company. We have been using them for 20 years so that just tells you how wonderful and reasonable and knowledgeable they are. Mike , The man that came was amazing very knowledgeable figured out what was wrong with the dishwasher and was back two days later with the part to fix it just before the holidays. Thank God.. I would highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, appliance company, then these Are your people.   Our Gaggenau cook top which was installed 27 years ago developed a gas leak in one of the burners. We called PSE and G who shut everything down for us. Pete himself from Pete’s appliance, came out and was able to have the other five burners working temporarily while the one that was an issue was shut down. Because of the age of the model, there were no parts available. My husband and I started to look for a new cooktop when Pete called us a couple of days later to tell us that he found a part on eBay. He bought it for us installed it, and our cooktop is working beautifully. Not only was he professional And knowledgeable but Also took the initiative to find the part. If you need an appliance repaired, Petes appliance is the place to go.
